Deposit, Cancellation and Refunds

VI Hotel tax of 8% is included in all rates.  No charge for 1 extra guest.  A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation for this home. The deposit must be received within 7 days of the reservation.  Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. In the event of a cancellation, all monies are  refundable if the home is re-rented, less 20% administrative costs.
